User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) applies to the Internet resource website g-g.club, located at g-g.club, and to all corresponding websites linked on the g-g.club website.

1.2. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Administration of the Internet resource website "g-g.club" (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration) and the User of this Site represented by Martynov Mikhail Sergeevich.

1.3. The Site Administration reserves the right to change, add, or delete clauses of this Agreement at any time without notifying the User.

1.4. Continued use of the Site by the User constitutes acceptance of the Agreement and the changes made to this Agreement.

1.5. The User is personally responsible for checking this Agreement for changes.

2. Definitions of Terms

2.1. The following terms have the following meanings for the purposes of this Agreement:

2.1.1. Internet resource located at g-g.club, which operates through the Internet resource and related services.

2.1.2. Internet resource - a site containing information about online games, online game servers, located on the Internet.

2.1.3. User of the Internet resource site (hereinafter referred to as the User) - a person having access to the Site via the Internet and using the Site.

2.1.4. Content of the Internet resource website (hereinafter referred to as Content) represents protected results of intellectual activity, including texts, illustrations, music, logos, programs, databases, and other intellectual property objects.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. This Agreement governs the conditions under which the User is granted access to the Internet resource, including all goods, services, and materials available on the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

3.1.1. The Site provides the User with the following types of services:

• access to electronic content at g-g.club with the ability to purchase (download) and view such content;
• access to the Site's search and navigation tools;
• use of all tools and services provided on the Site;
• other services, including paid ones, provided on the pages of the Site.

3.1.2. This Agreement applies to all existing services of the Site, as well as to any modifications or additional services that may be introduced in the future.

3.2. Access to the Site is provided free of charge, except for services explicitly marked as paid.

3.3. This Agreement constitutes a public offer. Use of the Site by the User implies acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

3.4. The use of materials and services of the Site is governed by the laws of the United States, including federal law and the laws of applicable states.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. Rights of the Site Administration:

• Change the rules for using the Site and its content.
• Restrict or suspend access to the Site in case of violation of this Agreement by the User.
• Change tariffs for services.
• Collect, analyze, use, and transfer information about the User in accordance with US privacy laws.
• Use cookies and similar technologies to collect information.

4.2. Rights of the User:

• Access the Site and its services.
• Purchase goods or use services offered on the Site.
• Use the Site exclusively for purposes permitted by this Agreement.

4.3. Obligations of the User:

• Provide additional information upon request of the Administration.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of authors.
• Refrain from actions that disrupt the normal operation of the Site.
• Not use the Site for distributing advertising without the consent of the Administration.
• Not post illegal or misleading content.

4.4. Prohibited actions:

• Using automated methods to gain unauthorized access.
• Disrupting the operation of the Site.
• Bypassing security systems.
• Gaining unauthorized access to Site functions.
• Tracking information about other Users without authorization.
• Using the Site for illegal purposes.

5. Use of the Site

5.1. The Site and its content belong to the Site Administration.

5.2. Content may not be copied, published, or distributed without the written consent of the Administration.

5.3. Content is protected by US copyright laws.

5.4. Some services require the creation of a user account.

5.5. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account.

5.6. The User is obliged to notify the Administration of unauthorized use of the account.

5.7. The Administration has the right to terminate User accounts.

5.8. This Agreement governs all conditions related to the purchase of Goods and services on the Site.

5.10. The Administration reserves the right to change the list of services and prices without notice.

6. Liability

6.1. The User is responsible for losses arising from the violation of this Agreement.

6.2. The Site Administration is not responsible for:

• delays or failures caused by force majeure or technical systems;
• actions or delays of payment systems;
• malfunction of the User's technical means;
• accuracy of the Site content.

7. Actions in Case of Violations

7.1. The Administration may disclose information about the User to investigate alleged violations.

7.2. Information may be disclosed by court order or law.

7.3. Access may be blocked in case of violations.

7.4. The Administration is not responsible for the termination of access due to violations by the User.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. The Parties must attempt to settle the dispute voluntarily.

8.2. The recipient of the claim must respond within 30 calendar days.

8.3. In case of non-settlement, disputes are subject to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.

8.4. Claims are filed within the statute of limitations.

9. Additional Conditions

9.1. The Site Administration does not accept counter-proposals from Users regarding changes to this Agreement.

9.2. User reviews and feedback are not confidential and may be used by the Administration without restriction.
