The fastest way to get a response from the administration and moderators.
Most often this is caused by corrupted files.
1. Add the game folder to your antivirus (Windows Defender) exceptions.
2. Run Updater.exe and click "Full Check".
Our files are protected against hacking, so some antivirus programs may react with false positives. Restore the deleted file from quarantine and add the game folder to the "Whitelist".
Usually crediting happens within 5-10 minutes. If more than an hour has passed: create a ticket in Discord.
Use the password recovery form in the Personal Panel login window. You will need access to the email the account was registered with.
Try using the proxy servers available at game login (Proxy 1, Proxy 2). Also make sure you don't have torrents or heavy background programs running.
The server has a limit: 1 active window per HWID. We support the concept of a real online community without "bot trains".
Make sure you have all required drivers installed (DirectX, Visual C++). Try running the client as Administrator.
Go to the "Download" page on our website. We recommend downloading our Updater to avoid errors.
Auto-farm is built into the game interface (sword icon next to the skill panel). It is free and available to all players from level 1.
